Trellix believes that a broader set of Mobile Threat Defense capabilities is required to offer successful countermeasures against mobile attacks. MVISION Mobile Advanced delivers better protection, detection, remediation, and collaborative integration.
Will there be a replacement for MVISION Mobile Basic?
Yes. MVISION Mobile Advanced is an available solution in the Trellix portfolio today.
Customers who want to continue using MVISION Mobile can contact their account teams to review an upgrade to MVISION Mobile Advanced.
Does the EOL include all patch levels?
Yes. All patch levels are included.
Is there any cost to upgrade to MVISION Mobile Advanced?
Yes. Contact your account teams to review an upgrade to MVISION Mobile Advanced.
Will you be providing new features for the products included in this EOL after the EOS is announced?
No. New features and enhancement requests (product ideas) will no longer be developed.
Can I continue to use MVISION Mobile Basic after it reaches EOL?
No. Extended Support won't be offered for MVISION Mobile Basic and all subscriptions to MVISION Mobile Basic will expire on the MVISION Mobile Basic EOL date.
Upgrade to MVISION Mobile Advanced to maintain Trellix Mobile Threat Detection capabilities.
When I stop using the products in this EOL announcement, will all personal data collected in association with these products be deleted?
Yes. We'll delete all personal data collected in association with these products.
Can I request that my company's data be deleted at a certain time?
We follow the current General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) guidelines.
These guidelines allow customers to contact Technical Support or a sales representative for guidance on deleting personal data.
What resources can you provide to help me transition to MVISION Mobile Advanced?
The transition to MVISION Mobile Advanced is seamless.
Once you upgrade to MVISION Mobile Advanced, your existing entitlement and tenant will receive access to the additional capabilities with no action required from your organization.
