We will be performing scheduled maintenance on our cloud services on Friday, July 7th, 2023, starting at 18:30 PDT. This maintenance is necessary to ensure that our system remains up-to-date, reliable, and secure.
During this time, we assure you that DLP Processing will remain unaffected and hence protecting your sensitive data will continue to work as usual. However, some services will experience the following:
- Incidents generated during this period will only appear on the console after the maintenance is complete.
- Any integration with endpoint DLP (classification sync, incident, operational events and evidence pull) will be paused and resumed after maintenance is complete with same offsets retained.
- Metrics are not updated on the dashboard for number of incidents produced.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We expect the maintenance to last approximately 48 hours.
