We would like to inform you that we will be performing scheduled maintenance on our cloud services. This maintenance is necessary to ensure that our system remains up-to-date, reliable and secure.
- Maintenance start time: Saturday, July 8th, 2023, at 01:30am UTC (July 7th 18:30 PDT)
- Anticipated Maintenance End time: Monday, July 10th, 2023, at 01:30am UTC (July 9th 18:30 PDT)
During this time, we assure you that DLP Processing will remain unaffected and hence protecting your sensitive data will continue to work as usual. However, some services will experience the following:
- Incidents generated during this period will only appear on the console after the maintenance is complete.
- Services which depend on Incidents API (Eg. Incident reports, Incidents page, Email Notifications) will not work during the maintenance window and are resumed after the maintenance.
- Any config-audit scans in progress will be paused and resumed after the maintenance is complete. New scans will be queued to begin after the maintenance window.
- Any integration to on-premises agents such as Cloud Connector or endpoint DLP/Trellix ePO will be paused and resumed after maintenance is complete with the same offsets retained.
- Metrics are not updated on the dashboard for the number of incidents produced.
