Trellix is aware of an emerging issue in Intelligent Sandbox and Advanced Threat Defense for all supported versions. Customers may experience one or more of the following symptoms:
- SFTP service authentication fails
- Clustering is unstable, and various errors are reported about clustering
- Submission from REST channel fails
- Dashboard shows bad health
- Analysis reports do not appear
- GUI login fails
