Skyhigh Security is constantly striving to deliver excellence in performance and user experience. As part of an ongoing program of maintenance to our cloud infrastructure, we'll be upgrading a core piece of our infrastructure within specific PoPs on the weekend of October 7th. This maintenance window covers NRT & email flows in the US region.
This maintenance program is aimed at improving resilience and scalability, ensuring our ongoing and continued high availability, and enabling more efficient load distribution across our infrastructure.

Service Impact:
We understand the criticality of POPs, particularly their sensitivity to inline email processing. To mitigate any potential impact, we'll be seamlessly switching to failover POPs during the migration. To ensure smooth transition, we kindly request that you verify and update your whitelist with the Skyhigh IP addresses as Exchange CSP / Gmail CSP to ensure uninterrupted service during this period. For NRT and passive email flows, there may be delays in processing, but no events will be lost. Thank you for your continued support and understanding.
