The following End of Life (EOL) dates for DLP versions have been announced. After the EOL date, we'll no longer support the product version. For the EOL product versions, customers can call in and receive the "best effort" support from the Technical Support team. All software fixes will be released on current versions only.
We strongly recommend that customers upgrade to the latest version of the product for continued support. For supported product versions, see the supported platforms articles:

1 The DLP products have been rebranded with the Trellix logo and End-User License Agreement. Going forward, the products will be referred to as follows:
- McAfee DLP Endpoint is now Trellix DLP Endpoint
- McAfee DLP Prevent is now Trellix DLP Prevent
- McAfee DLP Monitor is now Trellix DLP Monitor
- McAfee DLP Discover is now Trellix DLP Discover
We've removed access to all versions of McAfee branded DLP software for customer downloads. The Trellix branded versions that are available for download are as follows:
- Trellix DLP Endpoint for Windows version 11.6.700
- Trellix DLP Prevent version 11.10.200
- Trellix DLP Monitor version 11.10.200
- Trellix DLP Discover version 11.10.300 (version 11.7.200 for SaaS)
Consequently, the McAfee-branded DLP product versions are EOL from December 31, 2022. Customers can still choose to use these EOL products, and we'll offer technical support on a best-effort basis until September 30, 2023.
If a situation arises that requires fixes for any bugs or vulnerabilities on McAfee branded software, they'll only be fixed on Trellix branded DLP versions (version 11.10.x and later), which will require an update or upgrade from your end.
