IMPACT TO SKYHIGH'S REVERSE PROXY INTEGRATION
Dear Skyhigh Security Customers,
We are writing to inform you that Microsoft is consolidating the domains for Office 365 services, including OneDrive, SharePoint, and Teams. For instance, the current domain for OneDrive ("onedrive.microsoft.com") will be updated to "onedrive.cloud.microsoft". Impact: If you have Reverse Proxy (RP) Integration deployed for any Office 365 services (OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, etc.), these services may be disrupted following Microsoft’s domain switch. Please note that this impact is specific to Office 365 services managed through Skyhigh's RP. Other CSP integrations with RP are unaffected.
Action Required: We request that you renew the certificates for all managed Office 365 services via Skyhigh's dashboard by the end of May 2024. Additionally, please ensure that the newly generated certificates are updated in the IDP side configuration.
