Trellix Email Security – Cloud (ETP-C) Commercial US, EU, CAN, APJ instances will be upgraded to Release 2024.5.1 beginning on Monday 4 Nov 2024 at 07:00 UTC and completing on Friday 8 Nov 2024.
Note: This upgrade does not require any service or portal downtime.
Enhancements and updates included in Email Security – Cloud 2024.5.1:
- Trellix Wise for Alerts (Beta): Generate summary of alerts using Trellix Wise AI assitant to shorten time to investigate & remediate incidents.
- Improved message details UI: Redesigned modern UI with enriched information such as MITRE ATT&CK® mapping available in alert/message details page.
- RBAC enforcement for Notifications: Rate limit & Threshold Notifications for Administrators will have role-based access control enforced. Rate limit notifications will be sent only to administrators with 'ALL' Domain / Domain Groups access and Threshold notifications for domains will only be sent to administrators with 'ALL' or specific domain access. You can change or manage access under Organization > Administrators and select the administrator email to manage.
- Local & Domain search: Search emails with exact matches using 'user@' or '@domain.com' criteria in Email Trace to filter results only by a local part or domain part of the email address.
- FN Submission Enhancement (Limited Availability): Customers can now submit false negatives (FN) in bulk, improving reporting efficiency and accuracy.
