Dear Valued Customer,
This is a reminder of the upcoming changes to Skyhigh Security's authentication workflow and domain structure.
As previously communicated, Skyhigh Security will implement changes to unify the authentication experience across all parts of the Skyhigh Solution. Additionally, these updates are aligned with changes made in Google Chrome (version 116.0.5845.180) related to browser caching processes.
Key Reminder:
Effective 24th October 2024, Skyhigh will consolidate under a single domain: skyhigh.cloud.
- Current US Dashboard: www.myshn.net → dashboard-us.ui.skyhigh.cloud
- Current EU Dashboard: www.myshn.eu → dashboard-eu.ui.skyhigh.cloud
Impact Reminder:
Most Skyhigh workflows will remain unaffected by this change. However, this change will impact customers using the End User Remediation (EUR) feature or those enabling new Cloud Service API integrations.
