We want to inform you of an issue impacting Trellix Database Security versions prior to version 10.1.
The update URL, updates.sentrigo.com/security/, used to fetch updates for the product may not load correctly or may appear as insecure. This is due to the use of a self-signed certificate generated with the sha1RSA algorithm.

- Trellix Database Security 10.0
- Database Activity Monitoring (DAM) 4.x
- Vulnerability Manager for Databases (DVM) 4.x
Resolution steps
To address this issue, a new CA certificate must be manually imported into the Trellix Database Security server certificate store. Follow the steps outlined in the Knowledge Base article Error while accessing or downloading Trellix Database Security updates.
