What has changed?
Email Security for Office 365 (EMCLVX) is now enabled with Email Security Cloud with AVAS. As part of the offering, the product had IVX Enterprise Cloud and Email Security Cloud without AVAS. With this change, we are upgrading the functionality of the product to scan AVAS.
Key talking points for customers and prospects
- Additional features at same price
Customers are now going to get an additional feature in the bundle at the same price. There is no need to change the existing quotes as the SKU and the price remain the same. Customers need to be informed of the change as an upgrade to the product.
- What happens to existing customers?
Customers acquiring the product prior to the update will be entitled to get a new license of Email Security with AVAS. The EMCL subscription can be updated to EMCA.
