To reduce false-positives and improve detection, we are introducing a confidence threshold feature in manual registration in the upcoming Data Loss Prevention (DLP) - SaaS extension release in January 2025. This feature is already available for DLP on-prem, which allows customers to set the percentage of fingerprints to be matched while scanning documents, compared with manually registered documents.
However, this configuration is not compatible with DLP Network 11.10.501 and earlier. While existing policies already deployed on the appliance will continue to work, any new policy pushed from ePO will be discarded. To address potential compatibility issues, please plan to upgrade your DLP Network appliances to version 11.10.700 before January 15, 2025.
