Starting December 8th, 2024, the following IP address ranges that can be used to configure access logging and other functions under Secure Web Gateway, such as reporting or Hybrid policy synchronization will change the DNS resolution of gb.logapi.skyhigh.cloud from pointing to 161.69.11.0/24 to point to 161.69.104.0/24.
No changes are required for customers that have Skyhigh allowed IP ranges already configured, however to ensure optimal performance of our PoP infrastructure and services, please ensure that these ranges are added to your firewall's allow list. This action will help prevent any potential restrictions on network access.
