Trellix Intrusion Prevention System (IPS) NS9100, NS9200, and NS9300 Sensor Appliances
Summary
We previously announced the End of Sale (EOS) for IPS NS9100, NS9200, and NS9300 Sensor appliances on August 15, 2019, with EOS effective October 14, 2019.
The original End of Life (EOL) date was September 30, 2024.
An exception was made for US Federal customers. The updated EOS and EOL dates for US Federal customers are as follows:
- EOS: July 13, 2020
- EOL: June 30, 2025
We have now extended the EOL date for NS9100, NS9200, and NS9300 Sensor appliances for all customers to June 30, 2025.
Existing Sensor appliance customers will receive support until the EOL date, in accordance with the Trellix EOL policy.
These appliances have been replaced with IPS NS9500 series Sensor appliances as follows:
- NS-9100 has been replaced by NS9500-10
- NS-9200 has been replaced by NS9500-20
- NS-9300 has been replaced by NS9500-40
