We announce the End of Sale (EOS) for IPS NS9500 Appliances. The EOS date is July 15, 2025.
As of this date, these appliances will no longer be available for purchase.
The NS9500 appliances will reach End of Life (EOL) and End of Support on July 15, 2030.
Existing customers will receive support until that date, in accordance with the Trellix Product EOL Policy.
An exception is made for US Federal customers. An announcement on the End of Support date will be forthcoming.
These appliances have been replaced with Network Security Platform NS7600 and NS9600 series Sensor appliances as follows:
- NS9500 (10 gbps) is replaced by NS7600 (10 Gbps)
- NS9500 (20 gbps) is replaced by NS9600 (20 Gbps)
- NS9500 (30 gbps) is replaced by NS9600 (40 Gbps)
