Skyhigh Cloud SWG Planned Maintenance
As part of an ongoing maintenance program to our cloud infrastructure, we have a planned maintenance window on Saturday, February 08, 2025, between 10:00 and 14:00 UTC. During this period, there will be an impact on the SWG service, although filtering services will remain fully functional.

Impact:
If you are using Secure Service Edge (SSE) or SWG, the following services and dashboards will not be available during this time:
- Hybrid policy synchronization
- Web policy synchronization
- SWG dashboards and reports in SSE Management UI will not be available and no data will be shown
- Web policy updates will not be able to be updated and applied
NOTE: No data will be lost and will be fully available again once the maintenance is completed.
Maintenance may be completed before the end of the maintenance window; however, Skyhigh Security reserves the entire window to ensure adequate support for these enhancements.
