We want to inform you about an important update regarding the Skyhigh Client Proxy (SCP) 4.9.3.92 for Windows, released on September 21, 2024, and a subsequent Hotfix release for SCP 4.9.3.
Issue & Hotfix Release
We identified stability issues related to traffic redirection in SCP 4.9.3.92 for Windows. To address this we have released a Hotfix version, SCP 4.9.3.304, which also resolves a user group information retrieval failure present in previous releases.
This Hotfix version (SCP 4.9.3.304) has replaced 4.9.3.92 in the download portal. Please refer to the Release notes for more details.
Action Required
If you are currently running SCP 4.9.3.92, we strongly recommend upgrading to the Hotfix build 4.9.3.304 to ensure stability and optimal performance.
Availability
- SCP 4.9.3.304 is currently available for ePO On-Prem customers via Mindtouch and Content Security Portal.
- This SCP Version 4.9.3.304 will be available in ePO SaaS on April 9, 2025
