Trellix Anti-Malware Scan Engine 6810 is now available.
The Anti-Malware Scan Engine is the core component at the heart of the Trellix Endpoint and Gateway products. Using patented technology, the Engine analyzes potentially malicious code to detect and block Trojans, viruses, worms, adware, spyware, and other threats.
This notice announces the availability of a new maintenance update to the current Scan Engine 6800. It sets out important information about the download options and release plan for this update. Please note how this will affect the products in use in your environment.
This release includes the following enhancements and fixes:
- Additional capability on Excel files
- Other bug fixes and vulnerability fixes
