We have received reports from some customers regarding a potential issue with the Trellix Threat Intelligence Exchange (TIE) - SaaS 3.4.0 - July 2025 Update whereby their Intelligent Virtual Execution (IVX) Cloud integration has been disabled.
If you have currently configured IVX Cloud in TIE - SaaS, follow the steps below to validate your integration:
- Go to Settings and click Threat Intelligence Exchange - SaaS.
- Ensure that Trellix IVX Cloud is Enabled.
- Ensure that your Trellix IVX Cloud details are present.
If Trellix IVX Cloud is not enabled and you had a previously configured integration with Trellix IVX Cloud, please enable and re-add your subscription details.
