Global PoP Maintenance: IP Network Address Space Expansion
As part of the initiative to enhance network performance, scalability, and long-term service reliability, we are transitioning to a new IP address range for all Skyhigh Security Points of Presence (PoPs) and selected services. To avoid any disruption in service, we request all Web Gateway customers to review and update Firewall Allow Lists by July 30, 2025 to include the following IP range: 131.229.128.0/17.
For more information on what’s changing, why it’s important, and details on the global rollout schedule, FAQs, communication methods, and more, please visit the /17 Global Implementation Documentation page.
/17 IP migration for US Logging - 131.229.128.xx for Secure Web Gateway (SWG) in Security Service Edge (SSE)
Skyhigh Security is constantly striving to deliver excellence in performance and user experience. As part of an ongoing program of maintenance to our cloud infrastructure, we will complete a planned maintenance window on Saturday, August 10, between 2:00 AM UTC and 5:00 AM UTC. This will result in periods of service impact for SWG. Filtering services will remain functional.
During maintenance, what is impacted?
- Web Protection Reports/Forensics in Control Console may be unavailable or degraded.
- Customers will not be able to download Web Protection / Web Gateway Cloud Service logs via Content Security Reporter.
- No data will be lost and will be available again after maintenance has been finished.
- Only impact US log storage location and Logging backend NA will migrate to new cluster.
This is restricted to customers using the Security Service Edge (SSE) SWG.
