- Using Endpoint Product Removal tool to uninstall Trellix products:-
- Download the latest Endpoint Product Removal Tool User Guide for the most current instructions, command-line arguments, and supported products.

- Manually remove Trellix Agent
- Run the below command on client machine to uninstall the agent and reboot the machine.
- Open command prompt by running it as administrator.
- Navigate to the agent path:
"c:\Program Files\McAfee\Agent\x86\ - Execute the below command:
frminst.exe" /forceuninstall - Complete command: "c:\Program Files\McAfee\Agent\x86\frminst.exe" /forceuninstall
- Reboot the client machine and check if agent is uninstalled once the machine is up.
