Microsoft OneDrive and SharePoint DLP (NRT) Migration to Graph APIs

As a follow-up to our initial communication dated May 29th, 2025, we have started batch-wise migration of all existing Microsoft OneDrive and SharePoint DLP (Near real time) instances to the new Skyhigh API pipeline integrated with Microsoft Graph APIs by the end of this calendar year.
The Skyhigh Team will be reaching out to seek confirmation on your proposed migration date starting June 2025. If your Microsoft account does not have the necessary permissions, you will need to re-enable the API integration between Skyhigh and SharePoint/OneDrive.

Maintenance: Skyhigh Incident Management Services| US & APJ Regions

We would like to notify you that scheduled maintenance will be conducted on our cloud services. This maintenance is necessary to ensure that our system remains up-to-date, reliable, and secure. The maintenance will take place during the following times:
Anticipated Start: Saturday, Sep 13th, 2025 at 02:30am UTC (Sep 13th, 2024 08:00am IST)
Anticipated End: Saturday, Sep 13th, 2025 at 02:30pm UTC (Sep 13th, 2024 08:00pm IST)
Downtime required: Yes
Service Impact:
During this time, DLP Processing will remain unaffected, and protection of your sensitive data will continue to work as usual. However, some services will experience the following:
- Incidents generated during this period will only appear on the console after the maintenance is complete.
- Services that depend on the Incidents API (Eg, Incident reports, Incidents page, Email Notifications) will not work during the maintenance window and will resume after the maintenance.
- Any On-demand & Config-Audit scans in progress will be paused and resumed after the maintenance is complete. New scans will be queued to begin after the maintenance window.
- Any integration to on-premises agents such as Cloud Connector or endpoint DLP/Trellix ePO will be paused and resumed after maintenance is complete, with the same offsets retained.
- Metrics are not updated on the dashboard for the number of incidents produced.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We expect the maintenance to last approximately 12 hours.
Note: We don't expect any data loss, and there will be no impact to DLP controls.
