Upgrade to Cloud Service Infrastructure
for CASB
September 1, 2025
We are writing to inform you of an important upgrade to our cloud service infrastructure. To enhance performance, scalability, and security, we are migrating our CASB API-based services to a new infrastructure.
All Cloud Service Provider (CSP) instances you manage through Skyhigh will be seamlessly transferred without requiring any action on your part. This transition will begin on September 1, 2025, with no downtime.
If your CSP utilizes IP allow list settings or IP restrictions, please add the necessary IP addresses to ensure Skyhigh CASB can continue to access CSP APIs and function correctly.
We are confident that this upgrade will significantly enhance your experience with our services.

Info: DigiCert ends support for HTTP/1.0 connections on September 22, 2025
for Secure Web Gateway for On-Prem
September 22, 2025
DigiCert ends support for HTTP/1.0 connections on September 22, 2025. For more information, see the DigiCert change log.
Skyhigh Web Gateway versions earlier than 12.2.20 (on-premises only) use HTTP/1.0 for Certificate Revocation List (CRL) and Online Certificate Status Protocol (OCSP) requests. Hence, these versions are directly impacted by DigiCert HTTP/1.0 deprecation. To avoid the impact, Skyhigh recommends upgrading Skyhigh Web Gateway to version 12.2.20 or later. This version will be available shortly and will be communicated.

Upcoming Default Web DLP Policy Refresh to Enable New DLP Capabilities
For DLP
September 1 - September 15, 2025
We are reaching out to inform you about an upcoming default Web DLP policy update scheduled between 9-1-2025 and 09-15-2025. This update requires no action on your part and will be implemented seamlessly. Once the activity is complete you will see an entry in the audit log.
This update will add new Web DLP capabilities and optimizations. As part of this update the new Default Bypass List for DLP Policies capability will be enabled. This enhancement helps reduce false positives in Web DLP processing by allowing the exclusion of specific telemetry sources, such as Google Analytics, from DLP policy enforcement.
If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to your account representative or our support team.
