Trellix TIE or DXL Services | Basic Guide | TIE or DXL Services Not Running Properly

Issue Symptoms:

• DXL Broker status shows red in DXL Fabric Page.
• Threat Intelligence Exchange Server status shows red in ePO dashboard.
• DXL broker unreachable Error

Basic Checks & Fixes:

• Verify that the TIE Server and DXL Broker services are running: 
  
  service tie-server status

  service dxlbroker status
   

• Restart TIE Server and DXL Broker services:
  
  service tie-server restart

  service dxlbroker restart

   

• Check DXL Fabric Page to confirm DXL Broker status is green colour
• Check Threat Intelligence Exchange Server status is green colour in  ePO dashboard
• If the status remains, please contact CSP Global Support for further troubleshooting
