• Skyhigh CASB - Expanded LLM Risk Attributes in Cloud Registry: Enhance AI security with four new LLM risk attributes in Cloud Registry—NIST, OWASP, CBRN, and Harmful. • Skyhigh CASB: LLM Risk Attributes Available for Non-AI Services in the Cloud Registry: Leverage LLM risk mapping for an additional 1,000 non-AI-tagged services exhibiting LLM behavior, expanding total coverage to 2,000 cloud service providers (CSPs). This enhanced scope covers eight key risk categories, namely Bias, Malware, Toxicity, Jailbreak, NIST, OWASP, CBRN, and Harmful, enabling you to confidently assess LLM-related threats across your entire cloud environment. • Skyhigh DLP: Customizable HTML-based Email Templates with Import Support This capability enables visually engaging, flexible, and brand-compliant communications that enhance the user experience. Built with compliance in mind, it supports critical details such as confidentiality notices. Automated governance is strengthened through DLP integration to ensure sensitive information is shared securely and in line with company policies by virtue of user coaching. Upgrade to Cloud Service Infrastructure
for CASB

September 1, 2025 - Passed

We are writing to inform you of an important upgrade to our cloud service infrastructure. To enhance performance, scalability, and security, we are migrating our CASB API-based services to a new infrastructure.

All Cloud Service Provider (CSP) instances you manage through Skyhigh will be seamlessly transferred without requiring any action on your part. This transition will begin on September 1, 2025, with no downtime.

If your CSP utilizes IP allow list settings or IP restrictions, please add the necessary IP addresses to ensure Skyhigh CASB can continue to access CSP APIs and function correctly.

We are confident that this upgrade will significantly enhance your experience with our services.

DigiCert ends support for HTTP/1.0 connections on September 22
for Secure Web Gateway for On-Prem

September 22, 2025 - Passed

DigiCert ends support for HTTP/1.0 connections on September 22, 2025. For more information, see the DigiCert change log.

Skyhigh Web Gateway versions earlier than 12.2.20 (on-premises only) use HTTP/1.0 for Certificate Revocation List (CRL) and Online Certificate Status Protocol (OCSP) requests. Hence, these versions are directly impacted by DigiCert HTTP/1.0 deprecation. To avoid the impact, Skyhigh recommends upgrading Skyhigh Web Gateway to version 12.2.20 or later. This version will be available shortly and will be communicated.

Action Required - Upgrade to the New Web Policy Builder Interface
for Secure Web Gateway for Cloud

September 30, 2025

Skyhigh SWG for Cloud customers can now take advantage of the new user interface. Web Policy Builder allows for complex policy creation using simplified workflows – including the configuration of rules and rule sets using criteria, operators, values, and more.

The Earlier Timeline that was provided for this upgrade to be completed by Customers was Aug 29, 2025.

Customers tenants that are not upgraded by September 30, 2025 automatically migrate to this newer interface starting October 1, 2025 and will be completed by November 15, 2025.
