We are issuing this CRITICAL ADVISORY for customers planning to deploy Trellix Application and Change Control (ACC) 6.6.9-262 on RHEL 10.1 systems.
Our team has identified a system instability (crash) when ACC 6.6.9-262 is run alongside the latest RHEL 10.1 kernel updates.
IMMEDIATE DEPLOYMENT RESTRICTION
To prevent system failure, we require the following actions:

Restriction
DO NOT install or upgrade ACC 6.6.9-262 on systems running the RHEL 10.1 kernel version 6.12.0-124.11.1.el10_1.x86_64 or any subsequent RHEL 10.1 kernel updates (6.12.0-124.11.1.el10_1.x86_64 and later).

Safe deployment
ACC 6.6.9-262 remains supported and stable on the RHEL 10.1 kernel versions 6.12.0-124.8.1.el10_1.x86_64 and 6.12.0-124.9.1el10_1.x86_64.
