Coming Soon - New Skyhigh Security Status Site
We are pleased to announce from December 1, 2025 the launch of the new dedicated Skyhigh Cloud Services Status Site, a centralized resource designed to provide transparent, real-time visibility into the operational health of our platform.
This site serves as the definitive source for critical service information, offering comprehensive and up-to-date data on:
- Current Status: Instantaneous, real-time status of all Skyhigh Cloud PoPs and services.
- Availability: Metrics regarding incidents, service uptime and performance.
- Maintenance Windows: Proactive notification and scheduling details for all planned and necessary maintenance activities.
This planned new site reinforces our commitment to operational transparency and allows your teams to execute proactive incident response planning, optimize resource allocation, and align internal service dependencies with accurate external status data.
We will be providing additional updated information via the Connect message platform and encourage you to visit and bookmark the new status site once launched on December 1, 2025 to ensure you have consistent access to the most precise service information.
Microsoft OneDrive and SharePoint DLP (NRT) Migration to Graph APIs
for CASB
December, 2025
We are continuing with batch-wise migration of all existing Microsoft OneDrive and SharePoint DLP (Near real time) instances to the new Skyhigh API pipeline integrated with Microsoft Graph APIs by the end of this calendar year.
The Skyhigh Team will be reaching out to seek confirmation on your proposed migration date starting June 2025. If your Microsoft account does not have the necessary permissions, you will need to re-enable the API integration between Skyhigh and SharePoint/OneDrive.
Please ignore this notification if your migration schedule has been set up.
November 15, 2025
As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance service reliability and performance, we are upgrading our backend services. No downtime is expected during this upgrade.
Maintenance Time: 4.30am - 11.30am GMT
IaaS Config Audit Maintenance
For CASB
November 22, 2025
Skyhigh Security will be running a series of maintenance activities to upgrade backend services. Please be advised that you may experience minor disruptions during this process.
- Maintenance Time: November 22, 4 AM UTC - November 22, 10 AM UTC
- Downtime: Yes (Approximately 5 hours)
Service Impact:
- Config audit scans in progress will be terminated, and no scheduled scans will run during the maintenance window. Once the maintenance window is complete, the next scheduled scans will process the changes made during that time.
- For CE flows, we recommend running an ODS scan after the maintenance window is complete to track any changes to IaaS resources.
Upcoming Web DLP Policy refresh to Enable New DLP Capabilities
For DLP
November 3, 2025
We are writing to inform you about an upcoming backend Web DLP policy update scheduled between October 29 and November 7, 2025. This update is automatic and requires no action on your part. You will see an entry in the audit log once the activity is complete.
This refresh is designed to introduce new Web DLP capabilities and optimizations. A key enhancement is the activation of the new Default Bypass List for DLP Policies. This feature will help reduce false positives in Web DLP processing by allowing you to exclude specific telemetry sources, such as Google Analytics, from DLP policy enforcement.
This is Phase 2 of our refresh. While Phase 1 focused on active Web DLP users, this phase will update the policies for all Skyhigh Web customers. If you are an active Web DLP user, you can disregard this message as your policy was updated in Phase 1.
If you have any questions, please contact your account representative or our support team.
