Context: It has been confirmed that when upgrading certain Central Management System (CMS) appliances to version 11.0.1, alerts are no longer displayed on the alerts tab. A hotfix is available for this problem.
Please note:
- This is a display error only; alerts are still sent and logged.
- This only occurs on x500 series appliances that were manufactured on OS version 8.7.
Action: After upgrading your CMS to version 11.0.1, please check the alerts tab and if alerts are displayed no other action is required. If there are no alerts displayed please install the prepared hotfix as follows:hostname (config) # image hotfix fetch scp://eng-hotfix:VsXVQug8FVOCNq7a@supportrepo.fireeye.com/home/eng-hotfix/DC4Cuic/image-CMS-32757_CMS11.0.1-fehfx.img

Navigate back to the Alerts tab and alerts should be displayed.
