Microsoft OneDrive and SharePoint DLP (NRT) Migration to Graph APIs
for CASB
December, 2025
As a follow-up to our initial communication, this is a reminder that we have begun the batch-wise migration of all existing Microsoft OneDrive and SharePoint DLP (Near Real-Time) instances to the new Skyhigh API pipeline integrated with Microsoft Graph APIs. We expect our customers to be migrated by the end of Feb 2026.
Microsoft is planning to deprecate the Sharepoint web app in April 2026. To avoid any disruption in DLP policy coverage for SharePoint and Onedrive, it is essential that your environment is migrated to the new Graph API framework.
A representative of the Skyhigh team should have reached out to you to migrate your environment. You can also reach out to your Skyhigh representative or Skyhigh Support to get the migration of your Sharepoint environment scheduled and completed.
We urge you to take this action at the earliest to ensure a seamless transition and prevent any potential service impact.
For more details on the migration process and FAQ, please see the OneDrive and SharePoint Migration Documentation.
Please ignore this notification if your migration schedule has been set up.
Thank you for your prompt attention and cooperation.

IaaS Config Audit Maintenance
For DLP
Skyhigh Security will be running a series of maintenance activities to upgrade backend services. Please be advised that you may experience minor disruptions during this process.
- Maintenance Time: November 22, 4 AM UTC - November 22, 10 AM UTC
- Downtime: Yes (Approximately 5 hours)
Service Impact:
- Config audit scans in progress will be terminated, and no scheduled scans will run during the maintenance window. Once the maintenance window is complete, the next scheduled scans will process the changes made during that time.
- For CE flows, we recommend running an ODS scan after the maintenance window is complete to track any changes to IaaS resources.
Upcoming Web DLP Policy refresh to Enable New DLP Capabilities
November 3, 2025
This is to notify you that Skyhigh will update the backend Web DLP policy between 29-10-2025 and 07-11-2025. The system will apply the update automatically, so you do not need to take any action. Once the activity is complete, the audit log will record an entry.
This refresh is designed to introduce new Web DLP capabilities and optimizations. A key enhancement is the activation of the new Default Bypass List for DLP Policies. This feature will help reduce false positives in Web DLP processing by allowing you to exclude specific telemetry sources, such as Google Analytics, from DLP policy enforcement.
This is Phase 2 of our refresh. While Phase 1 focused on active Web DLP users, this phase will update the policies for all Skyhigh Web customers. If you are an active Web DLP user, you can disregard this message as your policy was updated in Phase 1.
If you have any questions, please contact your account representative or our support team.
