Environment
Trellix Application and Change Control (ACC) for Linux
Summary
This article provides details on the upcoming End of Support for ACC when used on the Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6 (RHEL 6) operating system.
Effective February 18, 2026, Trellix will no longer provide technical support, security updates, or bug fixes for ACC installations running on RHEL 6. This change is driven by the fact that RHEL 6 has reached its upstream End of Life (EOL) from Red Hat. To ensure we continue providing you with the most secure and effective support, Trellix is aligning its support for this specific OS version.
What this means for you
This notice pertains only to the support for RHEL 6 as the underlying operating system for your ACC installation. The ACC product itself is not being retired and remains a fully supported product.
If you continue to operate your ACC installation on an unsupported OS after the mentioned date, you may expose your environment to security vulnerabilities that could lead to performance or stability issues that we will be unable to address.
Recommended actions
To maintain full support, security, and performance for your ACC environment, we recommend that you migrate your ACC installation to a currently supported version of RHEL. ACC supports RHEL 7, RHEL 8, and RHEL 9.
