As part of the initiative to enhance network performance, scalability, and long-term service reliability, we have transitioned to a new IP address range for all Skyhigh Security Points of Presence (PoPs) and selected services. To avoid further disruption in service, we ask that all SSE Cloud Web Gateway customers review and update Firewall Allow Lists and IPSec/GRE Tunnel IP Addresses.

Skyhigh Security Status Website Update

We are pleased to announce from December 1, 2025 updates to Skyhigh Cloud Services Status Site, a centralized resource designed to provide transparent, real-time visibility into the operational health of our platform.

This site serves as the definitive source for critical service information and will include:
 
  • Current Status: Instantaneous, real-time status of all Skyhigh Cloud PoPs and services.
  • Availability: Metrics regarding incidents, service uptime and performance.
  • Maintenance Windows: Proactive notification and scheduling details for all planned and necessary maintenance activities.
  • New email, Slack and Webhook notifications: Customers can use the "Subscribe to Updates" option on the landing page.
  • The site address remains the same, so no need to bookmark a new site.

Microsoft OneDrive and SharePoint DLP (NRT) Migration to Graph APIs
for CASB

December, 2025

As a follow-up to our initial communication, this is a reminder that we have begun the batch-wise migration of all existing Microsoft OneDrive and SharePoint DLP (Near Real-Time) instances to the new Skyhigh Splash NRT pipeline for Graph delta API integrations.

Timeline & Mandatory Action: Microsoft has announced the official deprecation of the SharePoint Add-In framework on April 2, 2026. To avoid any further disruption in DLP monitoring, it is essential to migrate your environment to the new Graph delta API framework ahead of the date.

Why this is critical:
  • Support Cut-off: After April 2nd, the SharePoint Add-In Apps will no longer be supported by Microsoft.
  • Security Risk: Skyhigh will be unable to provide Near Real-Time (NRT) DLP support for your OneDrive and SharePoint integrations if the migration to the Delta API is not completed.
  • Deadline: You are required to confirm your migration window no later than March 2, 2026.


Next Steps: A representative of the Skyhigh team should have already reached out to you. You can also proactively contact your Skyhigh Representative or Skyhigh Support to get your migration scheduled immediately. 

Completing the migration early will give your team sufficient time to validate the environment and ensure a seamless transition. Skyhigh encourages you to act promptly to safeguard your security posture. Submit Feedback for AI / ML categories - Skyhigh Web Gateway (SWG) Cloud and Hybrid
For SWG

Skyhigh Security has implemented new categorization for Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI, and Machine Learning (ML) URLs for Skyhigh Web Gateway. As these new categories are integrated into the Skyhigh Cloud Registry, the process for submitting feedback (recategorisation/review requests) has been updated.

 
All submissions concerning URLs, Domains, or Destination IPs for these categories must now adhere to the Request a Service process.

Global Threat Intelligence (GTI) IP Address Updates 
For SWG

This notification is to inform you of upcoming changes to the Global Threat Intelligence (GTI) IP addresses used by Skyhigh Web Gateway (SWG). Trellix announced these updates in SNS #27991 on October 10, 2025.

If you have a Skyhigh Web Gateway (SWG) on-premise deployment, it is critical that you update your firewall's allow list to include the new IP addresses. Failing to do so may disrupt the service resulting in delays in web access and content scanning.

Please note the following schedule for the IP address updates:

  • October 28, 2025:
