Trellix advises all customers using SSL proxy on NS7500 and NS9500 hardware appliances to upgrade to Trellix Intrusion Prevention System (IPS) software version 11.1.7.121-11.1.5.128 (11.1 Update 8 Hotfix, April 2025) or later by September 30, 2026.
This update significantly improves our security framework around SSL proxy decryption features, enhancing both privacy and performance management.

The 11.1 Update 8 Hotfix software is available now on the Product Downloads site. We recommend reviewing the Release Notes and scheduling your upgrade at your earliest convenience.
