Key Feature Highlights in Skyhigh Security 7.0.2 (NEW)
April 09 - April 30, 2026
We are excited to share the key features included in the Skyhigh Security 7.0.2 release:
- Skyhigh Secure Browser Controls: Skyhigh Secure Browser Controls enforce granular access & data protection directly within the browser. It restricts actions such as downloading, copying, pasting, printing, & screen capture based on user, device, and risk context. Integrated with CASB and SSE policies, it enables secure, agentless access to SaaS & web applications, ensuring sensitive data remains protected during user interactions. For more details, see Skyhigh Secure Browser Controls.
- Unified Expanded Scan in DSPM Data Explorer: This capability extends visibility by scanning for additional data classifications beyond defined DLP policies. It identifies content such as source code, PHI, & HIPAA data even when no policy match occurs. While DLP behavior remains unchanged for incident generation, newly detected classifications appear in the dashboard, enabling broader data discovery & risk awareness. For more details, see Unified Expanded Scan in DSPM Data Explorer.
- CASB Evidence Capture for DLP: CASB Evidence captures a copy of content that violates DLP policies during evaluation and links it to the incident for forensic analysis. Enabled through a classification-based rule with a “Save Evidence” response, it automatically stores compromised files. Evidence can be saved to user-defined AWS S3 or Azure Blob storage for secure access and deeper investigation. For more details, see CASB Evidence Capture for DLP.
