To ensure we continue providing the highest level of security and performance for your environment, Trellix periodically reviews its product lifecycle support. This notice provides advanced visibility into the upcoming End of Support (EOS) for Application and Change Control (ACC) versions 8.3.6 and 8.3.7.
Key dates and milestones
The official EOS date for these versions is December 31, 2026. After this date, Trellix will no longer provide technical support, security updates, or hotfixes for these specific versions.
Migration path: Upgrade to 8.4.x
To maintain your security posture and take advantage of improved performance, we recommend transitioning to the ACC release 8.4.x family. This version series represents our most stable and optimized software to date, offering:
- Enhanced stability for legacy and embedded systems.
- Advanced compatibility with modern operating environments.
- Comprehensive security patches and feature updates.
Note: As previously communicated in the article Customer product upgrade and migration, support for versions 8.2.x through 8.3.5 concluded on April 7, 2025. Customers still utilizing these legacy versions are strongly encouraged to migrate to the latest release to ensure continued security coverage and technical support.
