We are reaching out to inform you that we have temporarily removed the recent Insights Extension (Trellix Insights version 1.0.0.1634) from the Software Catalog.
What happened?
Following the latest update, we identified enforced dependencies on the Endpoint Security (ENS) Firewall and Threat Prevention Extensions when checking in the Insights Extension on ePolicy Orchestrator (ePO) On- Prem.
What should you do?
- If you did not update: No action is required.
- If you did update: It means the ENS Extensions where installed on your ePO and no action is required as the product is functioning likewise.
Next steps
Our team is currently working on an updated build that resolves these dependency issues. We will notify you via SNS as soon as a revised build is available in the Software Catalog.
