- Time: 5:30 a.m. – 9:30 a.m. UTC
- Estimated duration: 4 hours
What to expect
During this window, the Trellix Insights platform will be completely unavailable. This includes:
- Insights UI (ePO - OnPrem and ePO - SaaS)
- Any integrations or automated workflows that call the Insights API
What is NOT affected
- Your existing security data — no data will be lost
- Authentication credentials — your API tokens remain valid and will work immediately after the maintenance window
Recommended action
- Pause any scheduled API calls or integration workflows during the maintenance window.
- Queue or retry any time-sensitive API requests to run after 9:30 a.m. UTC.
- If your integration uses automated retries, expect 401 or connection timeout errors during the maintenance window — these are expected and will self-resolve.
